Eurasian Wigeon (Anas penelope) is the European counterpart of the widespread American Wigeon, and a few are seen mixed in flocks of their close relatives each winter along both coasts of the U.S. Inland records are increasing. In AZ there's usually at least one reported each winter in the Phoenix metro area.
